In recent years,the Internet economy has present the trend of booming,the Mobile Payment Forum as its indispensable tool,also presents leap-forward development.So the third-party mobile payment platform,as the mobile payment industry leader,has present very important role.In the context of the experiencing economy,whether the third-party mobile payment platform has a good Customer Experience will become the reason if the Customer Loyalty improved.At the same time,people as social people,always affected by others' information.With the impact of information from others,their own consumer behavior will be to change.The concept of others' information influence to people's behavior is named as Informative Social Influence in social psychology.Therefore,if the third-party mobile payment platform want to get a well customer loyalty to enhance corporate profits,they must know clearly about how the Customer Experience impact on their Customer Loyalty.At the same time,we must also pay attention to the impact of Informational Social Influence.So one order of this paper is to learn how the Customer Experience and Informational Social Influence impact on the Customer Loyalty,in order to better enhance customer loyalty.The third party mobile payment platform as the research object,using empirical analysis method to analyze the mobile payment platform Customer Experience for the impact of Customer Loyalty.And to prove that if the Informational Social Influence with the adjustment effect on Customer Experience and Customer Loyalty relationship.First of all,on the basis of literature reading,has construct the scale and evaluation model in this paper to measure the Customer Experience,Customer Loyalty and the Informational Social Influence variables.Finally,it is found that the third-party mobile payment platform has a significant positive correlation between Customer Experience and Customer Loyalty.The Informational Social Influence has a negative effect on the relationship between functional experience and Customer Loyalty.Through the research of this paper,we hope that we can provide the corresponding marketing strategy for the development of the third-party mobile payment platform with the the platform's Customer Loyalty promote.
