Salary is a kind of compensation for the labor paid by the enterprise,is an important incentive means of modern enterprises,to enhance enterprise performance has an important role.However,in the management of the modern enterprise will be difficult enough to pay gap between executives and employees,between the executives,the pay gap between the existence of impact on enterprise performance,has become one of the important research topics in academic circles,but also the purpose of this research.This paper is based on the tournament theory and behavior theory,selection of 35 listed commercial banks as the research sample,select multiple variable and control variables to construct the regression model to test the general staff and executive pay gap between executives and the internal pay gap between commercial banks to comprehensive performance.Through descriptive statistical analysis,correlation analysis and multiple regression analysis found that the pay gap between executives and ordinary employees,the internal pay gap between executives and bank performance have positive correlation,namely the general staff and executive pay gap between executives and internal pay gap has a positive incentive effect on bank performance,the results of this study show that support does not comply with the tournament theory,behavior theory.Finally,according to the conclusions of empirical analysis,put forward the reasonable application of Salary gap incentive effect on firm performance salary increase information transparency,promote market of state-owned enterprise Salary management suggestion,in order to reasonable application of enterprise salary gap further improve enterprise performance,promote the healthy and sustainable development of the enterprise.
