The Study On The Influence Of The Governance Structure On The Performance Of Agricultural Listed Companies

Agriculture as the“mother industry”of national economy,is experiencing the process of traditional agriculture turning into modern agriculture.With the deepening of the reform policies and the marketization,the level of agricultural listed companies' development has been improved continuous and rapidly.The deeper discussion on agricultural industry has always been the focus of academia.Agricultural listed companies as a form of the current agricultural industrialization which is faster and more healthy,the stability of the development not only influence the improvement of agricultural productivity and the benefit,but also influence the agricultural structure adjustment and agricultural international competitiveness of ascension,the influence is very realistic and significant.In recent years,agricultural listed companies had not been very well in the process of development,facing the difficulties such as decline in small scale and insufficient development which were closely related to our country's current economic transition,not only influence the further expansion of agricultural industry,but also influence the continuous improvement of the growth on a large degree.Agricultural listed companies' operating performance level and the growth condition reflect the profitability and debt paying ability,which are the focus of both operators and the indirect stakeholders.Only by constantly improve their business performance level,the market can be used more efficiently,realizing the maximization of enterprise operating performance.Therefore,on the basis of the evaluation on operating performance scientific and comprehensive,in combination of the perspective of governance structure,refining the substantial factors under the background of current transition economy,is conducive to improve the operating performance of listed companies and look for the benign path and reasonable plan.The article is consisted of seven chapters.The first chapter respectively about the performance evaluation and governance structure influence the performance of the related literature,then summarized and analyzed.The second chapter briefly elaborated the research background,the technical route of this study are introduced,and points out the place of innovation and yet to be perfect.The third chapter lists the research carried out by relying on:the contingency theory,the principal-agent theory,the stakeholder theory and the theory of capital preservation,then put forward the research hypothesis.The fourth chapter briefly describes the current domestic market situation,our country agricultural listed companies in time,space,scale three dimensions on overall development.The fifth chapter is the empirical analysis part,combined with factor analysis method to solve the selected samples of companies within the annual comprehensive performance scores of every year,and then based on the comprehensive score of sorting the summed up our country agriculture change trend.The sixth chapter from the perspective of governance structure,through the related analysis to extract the key factors that affect the agricultural listed companies operating performance,and further establish a regression model to analyze its influence degree.The seventh chapter appropriate conclusion: according to the results of the empirical research on business performance of listed companies of China's agriculture level is not ideal and toward the direction of two stage and development trend;The board size to our country agricultural listed companies have significant positive influence to achieve the goal of performance,has not been equity management and executive management to agricultural listed companies operating performance have a significant impact.
