The Research For Evaluation System Of Domestic Rural E-commerce Development

With the rapid development of Internet i ndustry,from all walks of life under the advocacy of the central policy,open the "Internet +" new operation mode,so to speak,they brought new opportunities for the cont inued to expand the developm ent of industry.As an agricultural country in our country,the combination of "Internet" and "agriculture" is also should have the meaning of the development of the time,through constant transformation and upgrading,based on the national policy,on the basis of traditional agriculture,in the form of electricity as the carrier,a branch of the modern agriculture important field-ru ral electricity.Rural electrici ty,on the one hand,different regions,different kinds of ef fective integration of agri cultural and sideline products,solve the traditional agricultura l production area wide m arketing dilemma,categories and dif ficulty;Wide,on the ot her hand,with the help of the Internet channel,the characteristics of large flow,for local,especially in the poor areas such as government,enterprises and individuals to create big profits,ef fectively solve the "three rural problems".But,our country ex isting rural electricity,variety,quality gap between each other also is bigger,it is in urgent need of a set of relatively reasonable and objective evaluation system of the rural electricity to the existing rural electricity for effective evaluation and re search.In this article,therefore,the establishment of rural electricity in the pr ocess of evaluation system,using the survey m ethod and literature research,qu alitative analysis,m ethods such as analytic hierarchy process(AHP),first of all,with the development of rural electricity as the breakthrough point,a brief review of the developm ent course and the present situation of rural electricity in our country.Second,on the Internet with the development research center of the SEC system for reference,the indicators of CII system was established,and the advantages and the deficiencies of CII system in detail,in this paper,the frame of evaluation system has very important reference value.Finally,in the "village" of the century rural electric business platform construction,operation and so on as the guide,to determine the evaluation index system,this paper for this paper establishes a set of relatively comprehensive,objective and a ccurate evaluation sys tem of the ru ral electricity laid a foundation.In this paper,the rural el ectric business involves m any aspects to give the detailed division,sy stem a total of eight including prim ary indicators and 20 secondary indicators.After established the index,using the analytic hierarchy process(ahp)to th e indicators for quantitative analysis.By asking experts,the establishment of a judgment matrix,the secondary indexes,and the consistency of judgment matrix,and then calculate the wei ght of each index of concrete,the final conclusion.
