With the continuous globalization,shorter product life cycle and increased market demand uncertainty,especially in recent years,the frequent occurrence of natural disasters,which all add vulnerability to supply chain system.How does the enterprise respond to the fluctuation of demand and supply disruption risk is one of the problems that supply chain system faces and needs to be solved urgently.At the same time,many scholars' research findings show that decision makers are not completely rational in decision making process,the traditional purchase model based on the complete rationality hypothesis can't explain some actual purchase behavior well,so the behavior factor of the decision maker should be taken into account in the supply chain purchasing decision model.Therefore,it has important theoretical and practical significance to study supply chain procurement strategy under uncertainty environment with considering risk averse behavior of decision makers.Based on the above discussion,research work of this paper mainly includes the following aspects:(1)The optimal model of supply chain procurement strategy considering the risk averse behavior of decision makers under uncertainty environment.In the case of the uncertain demand and supply interruption,this paper presents a mixed integer programming model on minimizing the total expected cost.Through the sensitivity analysis,vendor selection and procurement allocation can be derived under different risk aversion coefficient,different disruption probability and different demand fluctuations.(2)The CVaR optimal model of supply chain procurement strategy considering the risk averse behavior of decision makers under uncertainty environment.the model one considers the minimization of total expected costs,but less considers the extreme expected cost that caused by uncertain environment,this model pay attention to extreme expected cost that caused by uncertain environment.At the same time this paper presents a mixed integer programming model to minimization extreme expected cost.Through computational examples,concluding that this model is superior to model one in reducing risk that caused by uncertainty environment.(3)A robust optimization model for the supply chain procurement strategy considering the risk averse behavior of decision makers under uncertainty environment.Because of decision makers may not only pay attention to total expected cost but also pay attention to extreme cost that caused by uncertainty environment,in order to keep cost in a stable level.So this chapter presents a mixed integer programming model that minimization the two cost simultaneously.At last,using a computational examples to verify the validity of the model.The numerical examples and sensitivity analysis show that the model of optimization of supply chain procurement strategy considering the risk averse behavior of decision makers under uncertainty environment,better comply the current supply chain purchase environment,better reduce the influence that uncertainty environment brings.Therefore,it will enrich the study on the supply chain procurement management,have practical value for improving the supply chain purchasing management efficiency.
