The Empirical Study Of Relationship Between Enterprise Scale And Technology Innovation Ability

Since the "schumpeter hypothesis" was putted forward in the 1940s,many experts and scholars in china and abroad have conducted a great deal of theoretical and empirical research on the relationship between enterprise scale and technological innovation ability,several different or even contrary conclusions are obtained,the study on this issue has not yet come to a consistent conclusion.What are the differences between the technological innovation capabilities of companies of different sizes?What is the relationship between the technological innovation capability and the size of the enterprise?What is the relationship between the innovation output and innovation input of enterprises of different sizes?This paper focuses on the empirical research on the relationship between enterprise scale and technological innovation ability,analyzes and studies the relationship between themFirstly,the paper summarizes the research literature on enterprise scale and technological innovation ability and the relationship between them;Secondly,aiming at the nature and characteristics of China's listed high-tech enterprises,design the evaluation index system of enterprise scale and technological innovation ability;Third,collecting the listed on the shenzhen stock exchange 2015 annual communique released 259 high-tech enterprises,the annual report data of 151 enterprises which meet the requirements is used as an analysis sample,According to the set classification criteria,there are 54 large-scale enterprises,49 medium-sized enterprises and 48 small enterprises;Fourth,The relationship between enterprise scale and technological innovation ability and the relationship between enterprise innovation output and innovation input are put forward,using the collected data for empirical analysis.Finally,the conclusion is that there is a significant positive correlation between enterprise scale and technological innovation ability,not only that,There is also a positive correlation between innovation output and innovation input of enterprises of different sizes.In the end,based on the research conclusion,the paper suggest the relevant government departments and new and high technology enterprises should increase the size of the enterprise and enterprise innovation investment,hoping to promote the technology innovation ability of the national and enterprises.
