A Study On The Cultivation Of New Professional Farmers

With the rapid development of China's economy and society,agriculture plays an increasingly important role in China's economic strategy,and the quality of farmers directly restricts the speed and level of agricultural development.The agriculture policy introduced by the central government shows that the cultivation of new professional farmers has aroused great concern of the country,however,from the perspective of implementation of the policy,the local government in the implementation of the corresponding cultivation problems still exist in the process.Based on the above situation,This paper hopes to explore the problems existing in cultivation of new professional farmers on the basis of the investigation in Juye County,and then further thinking on how to reform and improve the training system of new professional farmers.In this paper the specific research mainly relying on the comprehensive human capital investment theory and the theory of lifelong education theory and in-depth investigation on the basis of the first-hand information,after a comprehensive analysis of problems existing in the cultivation of new occupation farmer in Juye County of Shandong province,also introduces the successful experience in the cultivation of new farmers' occupation in developed countries,and learn the successful experience on the basis of how to cultivate the new occupation farmer puts forward some corresponding countermeasures.In this paper,the research needs to be set as six parts:the first part is the introduction,this part mainly on the research background,research significance,research review,research ideas and research methods are discussed.The second part mainly discusses the connotation of new farmers and the corresponding occupation characteristics,but also need to have the quality of what the introduction of the new occupation farmer,and improve on how to cultivate new farmers occupation cognition.The third part studies the relevant theoretical basis,fully understand the theoretical basis of the new occupation farmer training.The fourth part of the investigation to carry out the new occupation farmer in Juye County of Shandong province to cultivate,combining with the survey results to analyze the problems existing in the cultivation of new farmers "occupation Juye County of Shandong Province,to provide data for the following facts writing strategies.The fifth part of the study of foreign new occupation farmers cultivate practical experience,learn from foreign successful new occupation farmers cultivation experience,take its essence.The sixth part synthesizes the above study in Juye County of Shandong province to cultivate new farmers' occupation "as the starting point,using the successful experience of developed countries have accumulated in the cultivation of occupation of farmers,on the basis of Juye County of Shandong province to cultivate the new occupation farmer puts forward corresponding suggestions.
