| With the acceleration of the pace of internationalization of the RMB,the RMB cross-border settlement business to carry out the comprehensive development of commercial banks has become a new profit growth point.However,with the rapid development of related businesses,more and more commercial banks to join the ranks of the business,the competitive situation continues to increase.The commercial banks how to implement risk management of cross-border RMB business,especially in the lack of systematic risk management standards and business conditions are not mature,the risk management of cross-border RMB business and prevention has important practical significance for the sustained and healthy development of commercial banks.According cross-border RMB business conditions of Hunan branch of A commercial bank as the research object,analyzed the development status and risk factors of A commercial bank Hunan branch of the cross-border RMB business with the method of qualitative and quantitative analysis.besides,analyzed the risk identification,risk measurement and risk evaluation,construct a set of A Commercial Bank of China branch in Hunan province cross-border RMB business risk evaluation index system.Through confirming the index and giving the index weight and other related steps,the risk value of the cross-border RMB business of the Commercial Bank of China Hunan branch of A is calculated.The results show that the priority order in the conduct of the five risk index of cross-border RMB settlement business in A Commercial Bank of China branch in Hunan Province,found that Internal process risk > External risk>Market risk> Staff factor risk> System risk.therefore,when we develop the conduct of cross-border RMB settlement business,we should pay more attention to and guard against operational risks in business management and compliance risk.three aspects of optimization measures are put forward to the risk management of A commercial bank Hunan branch of the cross-border RMB business:Firstly,improve the cross-border RMB business regulatory environment,strengthen the import mechanism and internal review system of business market;Secondly,strengthen the organization construction of cross-border RMB business,to the internal risk assessment mechanism and risk prevention personnel consciousness and ability construction as the core,strengthen the ability to deal with the risk of sudden events and innovative risk management products;Thirdly,Strengthen the supervision of theforeign currency integration and business publicity to build external environment for cross-border RMB business. |
