With the development of economy and the improvement of science and technology,human society has gradually entered the Internet era.Under the impetus of large data,cloud computing and other financial technologies,Internet finance came into being.The key point of this new financial industry is to improve the customer experience,shorten the customer service radius,and maintain and develop the customer groups with lower cost,and achieve business development through the accumulation of quantity.In recent years,with the rapid development and expansion of Internet Finance and the increasingly fierce competition between the same industry,the Jilin branch of the Construction Bank is facing many challenges in the current market environment.Through the investigation of Jilin branch,it is found that the Jilin branch of the Construction Bank has a large group of individual customers,but the high assets account for fewer customers,which indicates that the Jilin branch of the Construction Bank has a obvious phenomenon of customer loss.Through comparison of relevant data,it is further explained that Jilin branch is not only a customer drain,but also a serious customer departure.The increase
