Research On Public Credit Risk Management In HZ Commercial Bank

As the commercial bank credit risk management is an important part of bank's risk management,the relationship between the banking system and the financial security of the society is one of the main content of the credit risk management.In our country the commercial bank credit risk management started in the 1990's.After nearly 30 years of development,because it is confined to the economic system reform,the nature of the planned economy,information asymmetry,it has not be paid attention in the commercial bank.Taking HZ bank credit risk management system as the research object,based on the theory of credit risk management,comprehensive risk management theory and information asymmetry theory,this paper analyzes the HZ bank credit business structure,risk management organization structure,cultural construction,management and other aspects of the present situation,summarizes the commercial banks on the approaches to credit risk management problems,and the causes of the problem.Based on the characteristic difference of the industry chain,this paper divided HZ bank credit business into six different types,and gives the evaluation for each type enterprises on the key parameter of the credit risk.Based on the 50 HZ bank credit business risk data in Zhejiang region,it used a Logistic regression model,to build toward the applicable to HZ bank credit risk evaluation model,and through the relevant data of seven companies default verify the reliability of the model.Finally,this paper presents a toward further standardize and perfect HZ bank credit risk management measures and methods.For commercial bank risk management,there is a big room for improvement,which is toward booming credit of commercial banks need to weigh the risk at the same time,the balance of risk and benefit is the commercial banks in credit risk management should adhere to the principle of the important.
