In the past 40 years since China's reform and opening up,it has risen from the eighth largest economy in the world to the second with the strategy of globalization,the Internet,and non-equilibrium,and has the second-largest wealth management market in the world.From 1979 GDP was less than 0.37 trillion yuan to reach 82 trillion in 2017,and at the end of 2017,the residents' investment assets reached 166 trillion yuan.As high-net-worth people continue to increase,more and more high-net-worth individuals begin to consider the preservation and appreciation of wealth and the inheritance of family wealth.They deepened their cooperation with wealth management agencies,used professional institutions for wealth management,and increased their trust in private banking services.This provided good opportunities for the development of private banking services and also created favorable conditions.However,with the advent of the new normal economy,the intensified competition in private banking,and the diversified needs of private banking customers,how to achieve the transformation of private banking services from the age of sellers with “heavy goods” to the era of consumer sovereignty with “respectable people” Changing to adapt to the trend of the times and attracting private banking customers has important strategic significance for the development of commercial banks.From the perspective of G Bank's private banking business,this article reviews its existing organizational framework,service models,service objects and content,and existing products and services.It analyzes the operating practices of subordinate H branch private banking services through specific cases and compares different provinces.G Bank's private banking business and the private banking business of different banks in H province have revealed problems in the operation of G Bank H Branch's private banking business,including shortage of talents and lack of professional capabilities;weak customer development capabilities and insufficient understanding of customer needs,The customer group is unstable;the product system is not perfect,there is no quality product,the product homogenization is serious;the operation mechanism is not perfect,the platform product is not fully used,the linkage marketing effect is poor,and the risk management is insufficient.In addition,we propose specific strategies to promote the sustainable development of private banking services in light of the above issues.Finally,we propose suggestions for the further development of private banking services of G Bank H Branch,providing discussion and recommendations for the transformation of private banking services under the current macroeconomic conditions.
