Since premier Li was in the two sessions,the state council has issued guidance on promoting "Internet plus",and the national tourism administration has issued a consultation paper on "Internet plus" in the tourism industry.Since the draft,the tourism industry has focused on the integration of information technology and tourism enterprises.Part of the tourism enterprise Internet channel layout in advance,and use the features of Internet technology,improve the information channel between the channels,improve the operation efficiency of the travel agency channel,leading to the rapid growth in the size of the market.And some small and medium travel agencies also rely on the door market channel this traditional way to obtain customers.This kind of small and medium-sized travel agencies in the channel management strategy,mode of operation began,growth in the fierce market competition environment,based on current market conditions,the travel agency only relying on to the consumer as the center,diversified service channel layout is an important means of solving customer growth.Under the background of "Internet+",channel upgrading refers to the use of information technology by travel agencies to optimize and improve the connotation and extension of channels.Such as outlets,call center and other channels,can take advantage of new technology to expand its service function to realize the change of the connotation,based on information technology at the same time actively develop the new service channel such as PC channels,mobile phone APP.After the above layout is completed,big data is used for optimization,and "all-channel travel agency" has become the trend of service channel upgrading in the tourism industry.The purpose of the upgrade is to meet the personalized needs of consumers.The paper's research methods mainly empirical analysis with correlation analysis,and focuses on various types of consumer buying preferences,so as to use preference characteristics and literature research,put forward the upgrading of travel agency service channel strategy.The research results have practical significance and reference significance for improving the channel layout and consumer experience of travel agencies.At the beginning of this paper,the status,characteristics and development direction of service channels of travel agencies are briefly introduced by means of literature study.Then it analyzes the application,opportunities and challenges of the information technology represented by "Internet +" in the service channels of travel agencies.After that,the association analysis method was used to analyze the transaction data of travel agencies,as well as the preference of educational background,region and age,so as to explore the upgrading strategy of the service channels of travel agencies.In summary,how to use information technology to integrate and upgrade channels to meet the needs of various consumers and improve consumer satisfaction is the research problem of this paper.
