Study On The Application Of Data Mining In Internal Audit For Tianjin Unicom

At present,the global development of informatization is explosive.China's various industry's degree of informatization continues to deepen.Especially the arrival of the big data age,information systems are widely used in various fields.Tianjin Unicom is one of the three monopoly operators in China.It has the ability to collect large amounts of data.Therefore,before the completion of the privatization of telecommunications,it needs to establish a strict internal audit system,master skills under big data,select the appropriate technology.It should play its internal audit function and find clues,which escort for the operation and provide better telecommunications services for the public.The study is based on the "Audit Management System",which has been completed by Tianjin Unicom.It expounds the exploration and practice of Tianjin Unicom in the construction of audit information.Combined with Tianjin Unicom's present situation of the internal audit of information,it discusses how to apply data mining to deepen the internal audit of information and extract implicated information.Under the premise of improving audit efficiency and quality,this study has designed some schemes to apply to the internal audit of it.It further analyzes the effectiveness of the audit informatization.This study includes six parts: the first discusses how to choose the topic.It introduces researches at home and abroad,methodology,framework and characteristics and deficiencies of it.The second introduces concepts of internal audit and data mining.The third describes current situation and problems of Tianjin Unicom's internal audit.The fourth argues the necessity and feasibility of introducing data mining technology.The fifth is based on the internal audit management system built by Tianjin Unicom,combined with the experiment as if support vector machine in the agency commission payment is consistent with the standard.It introduces the application of data mining in the internal audit of Tianjin Unicom.The sixth introduces the design of Tianjin Unicom's internal audit system on the basis of data mining and gives suggestions to improve the internal audit of Tianjin Unicom.
