| As a Japanese Chinese representative,I have experienced company management under cross-cultural environment failure(US subsidiary bankruptcy),I have a deep feeling for many fatal problems of Japanese enterprises in Chinese under cross cultural management.But to continue to explore the Chinese market is the best direction of development.In the full study Chinese and Japanese culture,the same influence of traditional culture ingrained;business philosophy and mode of common Confucian family and patriarchal management mode;enterprise value similarity.The result is successful.This paper mainly focuses on the research in the present Japanese company many difficult environment,the essence of A Japanese companies successful.Use literature analysis:analysis of previous scholars study the theory and method,and select the essence as the theoretical basis,and then summed up the correct analysis and the steps and methods to solve the problems;Case analysis:according to the reality of the A Japanese companies,is A Japanese companies that these problems in the background of cross-cultural management and management,and then apply the scientific methods to analyze the problems of chapter 2,and then on the basis of the analysis concludes the theory targeted A Japanese point solution strategy is put forward,and A little bit of A Japanese original strategy is put forward.Finally,the validity of the actual effective response strategies,want to other enterprises to provide the reference to the management.The conclusion:on the basis of fully analyzing different cultural differences,puts forward four strategies to solve the problem-1 people-oriented establish common values;2 focus on internal communication,build integration platform;3 respect for local cultural traditions,differences in management seeking;4 pay attention to the cross-cultural management.And then put forward four strategies of actual results. |
