With the deep integration of technological advancement and financial innovation,a new era of Internet economy is coming.With the continuous development of Internet finance technology,the demand for mobile financial services has become increasingly urgent.Various types of online financial platforms have sprung up to make up for loopholes in traditional banking services and take away traditional banking resources.People's dependence on traditional banks is much less than before,and banks' traditional profit models have been challenged.The traditional banking industry has accelerated the layout of the mobile banking business platform,and mobile banking has gradually become the object of the banking industry to compete for development.In the actual practice process,China's mobile banking business is uneven in terms of mobile banking management systems,risk control,product innovation,and service experience.In particular,regional city commercial banks have more obvious disadvantages in terms of capital investment,risk prevention capabilities,and technological innovation capabilities in market competition.In order to survive and develop in such fierce competition,small and medium-sized firms must increase their exploration and practice,develop business space,learn advanced technology and experience,strengthen their independent innovation capabilities,and accelerate the development of mobile banking.This article first looks at the relevant data of mobile banking to understand the current status of the development of mobile banking and the development of Handan bank mobile banking,and compares the development of mobile banking with other electronic channels.It is determined that even in small and medium-sized businesses,mobile banking has become an important channel for financial services.Taking this as a starting point,I interviewed Handan bank's employees and designed a survey questionnaire.The contents included the status of the customer's use of mobile banking for basic financial services,the use of Handan bank mobile banking,the customer's business needs and concerns for mobile banking,and the bank's feedbacks and suggestions,etc.According to the results of the survey,it analyzes the direction of mobile banking business development,proposes the necessity of a mobile financial ecosystem,and reveals defects such as the monotonous mobile banking services of Handan Bank and the lack of convenience,and proposes targeted comments,provide a reference for Handan bank.
