With economic globalization,enterprises are facing the challenge of resource tightening,industrial upgrading and structural transformation.At the same time,the ever-increasing supply chain,greater customer differentiation,and increased business complexity have made the company's business appear more complicated,and Meanwhile,Companies are expanding their business scope and product coverage areas in order to seek greater opportunities for development.With the challenge of enterprise financial transformation resulting from the companies' operating characteristics of the cross-regional and cross-industry,the core of the financial management business is gradually shifted to a strategic and decision-making work,and the "financial reform" in the enterprise gradually becomes prominent.Under such a background that enterprises actively explore how to quickly implant financial management model to achieve the easy replication of management model to adapt to the rapid growth of business,deepen the value of data mining,and respond keenly to the external environment,financial shared service is proposed.It concentrates the business operations of large-scale,highly-repetitive and highly standardized molecular companies on a highly processable and standardized platform through the optimization of the management,process and technology,with the propose of achieving a standardized,informative,and intelligent business processes.In the end,Financial sharing center pattern aims to enhance the company's management and control capabilities,improve the quality of enterprise services,effectively reduce the operating costs of the company and ultimately realize the core business transformation of financial management function.Therefore,the application of the financial sharing management model has gradually become an enterprise to enhance its core competitiveness and is an important means for the company to obtain a dominant position in the fierce market competition.By the case study,this paper selects a rapidly growing real estate company of the Country Garden which implemented financial shared service center as its financial management model and analyzes its service quality in order to obtain more financial and non-financial benefits in this mode.Based on a review of related domestic and foreign literature,this paper first systematically sums up the service quality-concerned theories and the applicable conditions,strategic objectives,core elements,and theoretical basis of the financial shared service.Then it introduces the Country Garden's profile and analyzes the strategic value and organizational structure of the financial shared service.In the end,the SERVQUAL is introduced in this paper to scientifically design a questionnaire from four dimensions,including reliability,responsiveness,guarantee and transference,by which current service quality of the financial shared service in the Country Garden is comprehensively evaluated,after analyzing the core issues of business process,personnel management issues and information system in the process of financial sharing implementation,four improvements are proposed for the financial sharing service of country garden company.Based on the actual work situation,this article's suggestions to improve the country company's Financial Shared Service are operational.At the same time,it also provides reference for other companies to implement financial sharing services.
