Since the reform and opening up,China's economic development has made a great progress.However,the unsustainable development mode,which is mainly driven by environmental destruction and resource consumption,has seriously restricted the potential of future economic growth in China,which is extremely unfavorable to the development of the region.In the meantime,under the background of economic globalization and continuous improvement of information technology,transforming the mode of economic growth is of great significance to sustainable development.Nowadays,people are increasingly aware that technological innovation is one of the important factors in the development of a country and the growth of an enterprise.The level of technological innovation directly affects the development of an area.Correctly revealing the characteristics of regional technological innovation capability in our country helps to fully understand the relationship and development ability of technological innovation ability of provinces in our country,discover the possible problems in the development of technological innovation,provide some reference to enhance the regional technological innovation ability and provide some suggestions for the government to formulate relevant policies.The main contents of this thesis are:(1)Summarize the domestic and foreign literature on technological innovation,R&D investment and financial support.R&D investment mainly includes human capital investment and capital investment,while financial support is mainly divided into financial scale,financial efficiency and financial structure.Based on this,we establish the research hypotheses on the interaction and the relationship between R&D investment and technology innovation,and,financial support and technology innovation.(2)Taking the spatial econometric as an analytical tool,we study the spillover effect of regional technological innovation,and we prove the existence of spillover effect through Moran's I.On the basis of the above study on spillover effect,we establish a spatial Dubin model of technological innovation.(3)Using the data from 2007 to 2016 of China Statistical Yearbook,China Science and Technology Yearbook and China Financial Yearbook,this thesis analyzes the relationship between R&D investment,financial support and technological innovation.On the basis of above research and the development characteristics of China's technological innovation,this thesis puts forward the policy suggestions of enhancing the regional technological innovation ability.The conclusions of this thesis are:First,technological innovation has strong spatial dependence in space and it has spillover effects.Second,compared with the R&D investment,R&D staff input,which the coefficient is 0.817,can promote technological innovation more significantly.The effect that financial support promotes technological innovation ability is not obvious.Last,when the interaction between financial support and R&D funding is introduced in Model 2,the positive effect of R&D staff input on the improvement of regional technological innovation has been greatly improved.Financial support and technological innovation have a significant positive correlation.While the interaction between financial support and R&D funding and technological innovation have a significant negative correlation,but its elasticity coefficient is less than that of the single effect of financial support.
