| Since the international financial crisis in 2008,the international clothing market has been faced to a trend of shrinking.Foreign customers are becoming much stricter with order conditions,product price,technology quality,environmental standards and delivery cycles.During 2013-2016,sale performance of A Foreign Trade Garment Company has been declining by around 15%per year.Facing to the difficult situation,the severe market situation has put forward higher requirements for the process management of the company,so it is urgent to realize the optimization and upgrading of the process.In this paper,I use case analysis and comparative analysis method,apply ASME analysis tool to analyze the merchandising process of A Foreign Trade Garment Company.It is found that there were some problems in A Foreign Trade Garment Company,such as the lack of control of the order,deep concept of customer center,and the weak support of information technology.Therefore,in view of the above specific problems,combined with the process optimization theory and industry experience,I designed a project for the optimization of the merchandising process of A Foreign Trade Garment Company,and tracked the implementation process and effect.The study found that merchandising process optimization has played a role in raising speed,reducing costs and improving customer satisfaction.It is necessary for the enterprise to design and implement the process optimization program from the perspective of the overall sustainability of the optimization,the systematization of the design perspective and the key node of the implementation process.This study not only provides a complete and standardized process system for enterprises,and provides guidance for enhancing market competitiveness,but also enriches and perfects the related research on current process optimization.It provides a vivid case for the theory and method of process optimization in the academic circle. |
