Research On The Optimization Of Regulatory Policy Of The Network Vehicle

The full-speed development of the “Internet+” era is inseparable from the rapid adoption of mobile Internet,big data,cloud computing and other technological innovations and APP clients and smart phones.The online tour car platform is the representative product under the “Internet + Traffic” in the most popular market area at the moment.This new mode of travel is very popular among the people because it brings great convenience to people's travel.However,we know from the two sides of things that this new mode of travel has not only brought a huge impact on the traditional taxi industry,but also the government regulatory authorities have faced great regulatory problems.Based on this,this paper studies and evaluates the regulatory policies for taxis in China's taxi industry under the “Internet Plus” background,and further proposes countermeasures and suggestions for the reform of online dating vehicle regulatory policies.The paper briefly summarizes the background of the topic,the current research status,content,theoretical methods and technical routes at home and abroad;then it discusses the development of online dating vehicles from two aspects of development history and social impact,and briefly compares and analyzes Beijing.,Shanghai,and Guangzhou's network appropriation vehicle regulatory policies laid the theoretical foundation for the following analysis of regulatory issues;then they outline the network appraisal from the aspects of network appropriation vehicle operation mode,operation mechanism,market scope,market size,and industry concentration.The status quo of car development has been analyzed in depth from the contents of the New Regulations of the Internet Vehicle Regulations and local implementation rules,and the major problems existing in the online car regulatory policy have been proposed,namely,the lag in regulatory concepts,the lag in policy supply,and the limitations of regulatory measures.,There are security risks;then through the review and comparison of the policies and models of different countries about network regulatory policies,we provide a reference for the reform of China's network approving vehicle regulatory policies;finally,the necessity of the reform of network approving vehicle regulatory policies is clarified.Existing problems raised a forward-looking policy making mindset,the change of the regulatory model,the means to enrich the responsibility,and ensure safety suggestions,aimed at providing theoretical reference and practical reference for the future development of the taxi industry.
