There are various forms of enterprise network organization that have natural advantages in reducing transaction costs, promoting resource exchange and transfer, and enhancing their competitiveness, such as industrial cluster, supply chain and alliance network. However, the network organization takes an important place in the resource of enterprises. The enterprise will face a series of new risks brought by netting behavior while Integrating this resource to improve performance, such as managing risk, coordinating risk, technical risk and so on.If these risks are not handled properly, they will reduce the performance of inter organization cooperation and even lead to the butterfly effect, which may give rise to the decline of organizational competitiveness and even the collapse of the organization. The reasons for network failure mainly include two aspects,On the one hand,it is a problem of partner's selection, accounting for 30% of the causes of failure. On the other hand,it is a problem of partnership which accounts for 70% of the failure causes. Therefore,it is imminent to study the relationship risk. This paper focuses on the mechanism of asymmetric dependence on the risk of enterprise network relationship, which has profound theoretical significance and practical significance for the sustainable development of enterprise network. This article is based on the theory of resource dependence, which study whether the intermediate effect of fairness of enterprise network members for cooperative behavior and the regulating effect of social capital are significant in the effect of inter-organizational dependence on the risk of inter organizational relationships caused by the difference of resource advantage.Through the theoretical analysis and the structural equation model based on the survey data, the following conclusions are obtained.(1)asymmetric dependence has a significant impact on perceived fairness, and its impact is significantly negative, and the deeper the degree of inter-organizational dependence is,the lower the sense of fairness in the organization;(2)perceived equity has a significant, direct, negative effect on relationship risk. That is to say,in the process of cooperation with other partners, the higher the fairness perception of organization is,the lower the willingness to organize opportunistic behavior, and the lower the risk of inter organizational relationship, the more stable the relationship between organizations is;(3)the mediating role of perceived fairness. The deeper the degree of inter-organizational dependence is,the lower the sense of fairness in the organization, which further improves the possibility of organizing opportunistic risks and conflicts;(4)the regulating function of social capital. The moderating effect of social capital on asymmetric and perceived fairness is not significant, which plays a significant negative moderating role between asymmetric dependence and opportunistic risk and relationship conflict. That is to say,the more social capital the organization has,the higher the level of effective communication and trust between organizations is.And the influence of the opportunistic risk and the conflict behavior caused by the asymmetric dependence is weaker. In turn, the cooperative relationship between organizations is more stable and further promotes the promotion of inter organization's performance in cooperation.
