Seed is an irreplaceable basic agricultural production data.Excellent varieties are the centralized carriers of advanced agricultural technology,and powerful farming is the basic guarantee of modern agriculture.In order to meet the needs of the market-oriented reform and development of modern agriculture,the standing committee of the National People's Congress in 2000 promulgated the "seed law of the People's Republic of China,any social main body has the right to participate in the seed industry management.Farmers have full autonomy to choose and become the real decision-making body in the seed market.Only through the rational choice of farmers can the market mechanism play an important role in the allocation of resources.Therefore,it is of great practical significance to study the seed decision behavior of farmers from the perspective of accelerating the marketization of Chinese farming.In the context of the continuous promotion of market reform in China's seed industry,what are the factors that affect the behavior of farmers in the decision-making process of buying the corn varieties of transnational seed enterprises? How do these factors influence the behavior of the herd? How to measure farmers' behavior in the decision-making process?What are the factors that influence the selection behavior of farmers?Around these problems,this article from the farmer's perspective of individual features factors,family factors such as the use of field survey data,using binary Logit model to explore farmers in the purchase decision-making behavior of multinational operation of seed corn varieties of herd behavior and the use of ordered Logit model study of peasant household specified time choice behavior.Empirical analysis of the influence of these factors on the behavior of the farmers,the research conclusions and Suggestions are put forward.The results show that the individual characteristics of seed purchasing decision makers affect the behavior of sheep in the process of purchase.Agricultural production decision makers are affected by education degree,whether to participate in agricultural technology training,and whether or not to participate in farmer selection.However,the gender and age ofthe individual characteristics of agricultural production decision makers have no significant influence on the herd behavior in the selection of farmers.The influence of family characteristics of seed purchasing decision makers on the behavior of sheep in the purchase process.The planting area of maize has a significant effect on the selection of maize varieties.However,the family size,agricultural income and the availability of computers in the family characteristics of the production decision makers have no significant influence on the occurrence of herd behavior in the selection of maize varieties.The influence of individual characteristics of seed purchasing decision makers on the time choice behavior of farmers.The individual characteristic age and education degree of family agricultural production decision makers have significant influence on the time choice behavior of farmers.The influence of family characteristics of the seed purchasing decision makers on the time choice behavior of farmers.The family size of the family agricultural production decision maker and the annual income of family agriculture have obvious influence on the choice behavior of farmer's purchase time.However,the gender of the individual characteristics of the individual characteristics of the seed purchase decision makers,whether they participated in the agricultural technical training,whether or not,have no significant influence on the selection behavior of the farmers in the purchase time.The choice behavior of the family characteristic household of the seed purchase decision maker has no significant influence on the choice of the time of the farmer's purchase time.Therefore,it is suggested that farmers should actively learn the knowledge of agricultural production and improve their ability to distinguish the information of seeds.Secondly,seed enterprises should carry out targeted seed operation activities according to individual households and family characteristics;Thirdly,seed enterprises should guide the large agricultural growers and cultivate demonstration households.In the end,the government should accelerate the construction of agricultural information platform and increase the number of information entering households.
