A Research On The Financial Risk Of The Self-operated Business Of HA Securities Firm

The financial system is the core system of a national economy.Since the Shanghai Stock Exchange was formally established in November 1990,China's securities market came into being.After nearly thirty years of growth and development,the securities industry has become an indispensable mainstay of China's financial system.The securities firms' own traditional business has a natural motive for profit,and through active financial innovation to meet the investment needs of various investors.But the securities firms' self-operated business of high-risk and high-yield have always been a time bomb for the market.Because the development history of the self-operated business of our securities firms is not long.Compared with foreign investment banks,there is still a certain distance between operational strategies,internal control processes and risk quantification,which poses a big hidden danger for the development of the domestic securities industry.Therefore,it's especially important for the analysis and prevention of the financial risks of securities firms ' self-operated business.This paper starts with the four aspects of financial risk,and analyzes the self-operated business of HA Securities firm based on the experience and research of academic predecessors both at home and abroad.Along with the ideas of "explanation phenomenon-analysis of reason-proposal",we classify and conclude the financial risk performance of HA's self-operated business,and elaborate the causes of risks.Based on the analysis of the manifestations and causes of financial risks,corresponding risk prevention measures and suggestions for improvement are further proposed.In terms of research methods,literature analysis,field investigation,qualitative analysis and inductive logic are mainly used for research and analysis.The content of this paper is divided into six parts.The first part mainly introduces the background and significance of the topic selection,summarizes the research status of scholars both at home and abroad,and expounds the research contents and methods of this paper.The second part mainly introduces the concepts and theoretical basis related to this paper.It involves the definition and classification of financial risks,the characteristics of financial risks in the securities industry,as well as the six major manifestations of the financial risks of the self-operated business of the securities firm.The third part first briefly introduces the development history and operation status of HA securities firm,and then introduces the development status and existing problems of HA securities firm's self-operated business.The fourth part mainly focuses on the four aspects of financing risk,investment risk,business risk and market risk,and summarizes the specific performance of HA's self-operated business financial risk.The fifth part mainly corresponds to the four aspects of financing risk,investment risk,business risk and market risk,and makes an in-depth excavation and summary of the causes behind the financial risk performance of HA securities firm.The sixth part mainly deals with the performance of the financial risks of the previous HA securities firm,and puts forward the corresponding financial risk prevention measures and recommendations in order to improve the management status of the HA's self-operated business financial risks.
