In international human resource practice,multinational companies usua lly choose outstanding staff assignments office,but often face such situati on:many employees in the domestic work ability is outstanding,excellent performance,once the deployment towork abroad,its lack of social inter action and work performance.This study inspired by the actual problem,t hrough consulting documents,choose to intellectual culture as a breakthro ugh point,to Chinese employees working in Laos,the research object,ex plore its employees of the relationship between cultural intelligence and w ork pressure.In addition,intercultural adaptation is introduced as a mediat ing variable to study their internal mechanism.This study to Chinese employees working in Laos,a total of 348 qu estionnaires,using SPSS22.0 and Amos24.0 regression correlation analysis was carried out on the recovery of data in the end,the following conclus ions:(1)demographic variables of different gender,different age groups,t here were no significant differences for most variables influence but differ ent marriage situation,the influence of different degree and different for e ach variable has a certain difference.(2)the cultural intelligence level of Chinese employees has a significant negative correlation with work pressu re.(3)the cultural intelligence level of Chinese employees is positively c orrelated to cross-cultural adaptation.(4)the cross-cultural adaptation level of Chinese employees has a significant negative correlation with the wor k pressure in Laos.(5)the cross-cultural adaptation level of Chinese empl oyees plays an intermediary role between cultural intelligence and work pr essure.Through the empirical model,this study puts forward the influence o f different dimensions of cultural intelligence on work pressure,and the r ole of intercultural adaptation of mediation variables in the two.This artic le takes culture as the breakthrough point of intelligence extension staff cr oss-cultural adaptation management and stress management,and finally put forward in the international human resource practice,how to reduce the pressure of work from the perspective of cultural intelligence,and how to help employees to the Suggestions of cross-cultural adaptation.
