The Reserch Of The Chinese Corporation's Operation To Development In Laos

Since China and Laos established diplomatic relations,extensive cooperation has been carried out in many fields,such as political,economic and cultural.Chinese Invest Corporation started investing and setting up factories in Laos in the 1990s,which covered areas such as hydropower development,minerals,Industry,agriculture and trade service.At present,China has also become Laos's largest foreign direct investment country.These investments are basically carried out in the form of enterprises.The operation and development of Chinese Invest Corporation in Laos has played an important role in promoting the development of their economy.Therefore,how well Chinese Invest Corporation ' s operate in Laos will not only help effectively guide Chinese Invest Corporation to invest in Laos,but also have a very important role in guiding Laos to further improve the domestic investment environment and business environment in Laos by amending investment laws and preferential policies.It has important practical significance.This thesis is the first of systematically reviews the related classical theories of the implementation of multinational management by enterprises and the research on the multinational of Chinese Invest Corporation and the Lao business environment.On this basis,we will analyze the investment environment of Laos from politics,economy,socio-culture,infrastructure,and production factors.Then we use the data of Ministry of Planning and Investment of Laos to analyze Chinese Invest Corporations' Operating conditions from three levels:scale,industry and regional level which located in Laos.Secondly,we use the data obtained from research and interviews,this paper analyzes the basic status,operating conditions,and problems faced by Chinese Invest Corporation in Laos,which combined with the theoretical system of classical multinational operations;then we compares status of Operation and development among the Chinese,Japanese,Thai and Vietnamese Invest Corporations' operating in Laos.Finally,we analyze the opportunities and challenges which Chinese Invest Corporation faced in Laos,an then we provide a series of countermeasures and suggestions for the Chinese Invest Corporation to operate in Laos from both the Lao government and Chinese Invest Corporation.
