Research On "Internet Plus" Industry Trends Based On Perspective Of Internet Public Opinion

The report of the Nineteenth Congress proposed to promote the integration of Internet development,big data,artificial intelligence and the real economy,it is clear that the “Internet Plus” industry has become an important industry category,but due to the short development time of the industry,the research shows less experience and recognition.In this case,how to obtain the characteristics of the development of the industry and grasp the development trend is an urgent problem to be solved.Due to the distinctive characteristics of the era,online public opinion has become an important means to reflect the development of the “Internet Plus ” industry.This research focus on the three major “Internet Plus” industry: tour network,take-away O2 O,and shared bicycles.Through in-depth analysis of key technologies such as web crawlers,natural language processing,and text mining,we explore trend of the Internet Plus industry and excavate the typical characteristics it has shown at different stages.The specific contents are as follows: first,the use of web crawler technology to achieve the network news public opinion acquisition,through text segmentation,stop words and some natural language processing operations to achieve data preprocessing.Second,use the LDA model to classify each industry's public opinion into 10 topics,introduce time factors for the theme evolution analysis,divide topics into hot topics and sub-hot topics,draw evolutionary trend curves,and extract keywords.Finally,the division of industry stages and the analysis of phase characteristics are realized.Thirdly,based on the theme connotation of industry similarity,the “Internet Plus” industry has four main types of public opinion: operational chaos,user experience,industry development,and government supervision.Through the theme evolution trend and emotional evolution trend,“Internet Plus” "The industry is divided into three phases.Based on the changes in sentiment trends,changes in public opinion,and horizontal and vertical analysis of key words in each stage,the current development characteristics of the "Internet Plus " industry are explored.Through this study,relevant manager and investors can have a clear view of the “Internet Plus” industry and obtain practical advice on the development of the “Internet Plus” industry.
