Research On Chinese Private Equity's Capital Operation

With the development of China's capital market,various types of market participants have gradually improved,and private equity institutions are one of them.Most of the previous studies focused on the role of private equity firms in capital allocation,but paid little attention to the capital operation of private equity firms.However,private equity firms often have rich experiences in capital operation and can respond promptly and effectively to various changes in the capital market.When private equity firms participate in the capital operation,their operational motivation and operational behavior are all worthy of analysis.In this paper,JiuDing Group's series of capital operation since 2013,like listed in NEEQ,raised fund in NEEQ,controlled the main board listed companies,as well as the private placements,are all outlined.In addition,Jiu Ding Group's current plate layout,potential risks are also disscussed.Besides,this paper analyzes the JiuDing Group's listing motivation and operation characteristics,Jiu Ding Group's series of financing measures and operational characteristics,JiuDing Group's motivation and characteristics of capital operation.Moreover,this paper provides empirical reference for other companies.The research in this paper will help capital market participants to understand the behavior of capital operation.It will also provide experiences for Chinese private equity investment institutions to develop their operational ideas and operational efficiency,and will also help the regulatory agencies to improve the market system and optimize the market efficiency.
