The nineteen major report of the party points out that in the future,our country should focus on building a new information infrastructure,focusing on the construction of a new information system,further improving the guarantee system,and making the information technology methods popularized and popularized.In this good chance,all local governments have taken action to push forward the process of cloud computing industry,and a batch of information security enterprises have also developed rapidly.A information security company,founded in 2000,is one of the earlier enterprises in the field of information security in China.It is now in the leading position in the information security industry of our country.However,under the situation of "Red Sea" competition in the industry market,the A information security company is also faced with many environmental factors and development constraints.In the lack of marketing,marketing performance needs to be improved.Therefore,how to make A information security companies win more competitive advantage through effective marketing strategy in the face of good opportunities has become an urgent proposition in front of A company.By means of case analysis,literature reference and practical investigation,this paper takes the A information security company and the current marketing strategy as the research object,and makes a detailed description of the information security products and services as well as the development environment inside and outside of the company by combining the theory and the empirical analysis method,and discusses the marketing management of the enterprise.How to locate and expand the market,especially to the current situation of the company's competition,to make and implement the corresponding marketing strategy has carried on a more detailed analysis,trying to apply the marketing management theory to the marketing management practice in this field.This article first discusses the marketing related theories,and uses Michael Potter's five force competition model to find out the competitive position of A information security company.Through the analysis of the internal status of the enterprise,the SWOT analysis method is used to find out the competitive advantages and disadvantages of the enterprise itself.At the same time,according to the overall analysis of the internal and external environment of the enterprise,the enterprise is put forward.The problems existing in the products,prices,channels,promotion and so on,and then the market segmentation,the determination of the appropriate target market and the correct market positioning of A information security companies from the point of view of marketing.In the end,according to the basic 4Ps theory of marketing management,the marketing strategy of the company is put forward,the key point of the marketing strategy at the present stage of the company is clarified,and the guarantee measures for the implementation are put forward.Some of the main problems discussed in this paper have strong universality in the information security industry.The author provides practical and feasible solutions in the analysis as far as possible.These methods are summarized under the guidance of theory,and thus have strong operability and borrowing.
