Study On Credit Risk Evaluation System In The Export-Import Bank Of China

For most scholars,credit risk evaluation has always been a hot topic.But most study just focus on the commercial banks,instead of all the members in finical market.The Export-Import Bank of China,one of the policy banks in China,is a very different and important member for the whole financial market.But the problem is that there are very less research on it.With the rapid develop of Chinese financial market revolution and open,there are higher and higher request for the credit risk management,which will directly influence the survival and development for the bank.So in the paper the author do the analysis on the Export-Import Bank of China,and basing on it,a new evaluation system for the credit risk is set up to provide more accurate assessment and more supportable policy decisions.At first,there are theoretical basis,such as a review for the related study,some concept about credit risk evaluation and the features of the Export-Import Bank of China.The paper also introduce the on-going evaluation system of credit risk in the Export-Import Bank of China,to figure out the disadvantage of it.Then,some question here need to be solved,for example the insufficient indicators in the original system,and excessive dependence of an account manager.Therefore,a new system of credit risk evaluation is set up to solve the problems identified.There are total 26 evaluation indexes.The analysis method is Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation.At end of the paper,M Company is taken as the example to do empirical analysis.The main research achievement and innovation of this paper is that a credit risk evaluation system set up,which decrease the influence of the subjective evaluation.Besides,the system is applied to one company,and the result is acceptable.
