| In recent years,with the increasing demand for transportation,the high cost of logistics enterprises,more and more companies choose to outsource logistics and transport operations,the first reason to do so is to solve the limited resources of the enterprise,more focused Development of core business.The second is to get more specialized services,thereby reducing operating costs and improve service quality.Therefore,how to find the optimal transportation procurement program to reduce costs and obtain good service has become a problem that many companies are facing.In the procurement of transportation services,rapid response is more and more valued by enterprises.On time delivery is an important way to shorten the overall response cycle of supply chain and realize the agile operation of supply chain.Therefore,on time delivery has become an important indicator of transport service quality.In the procurement of transportation services,rapid response is increasingly valued by companies.On-time delivery is an important way to shorten the overall response cycle of the supply chain and achieve agile operation of the supply chain.Therefore,punctuality has become an important indicator for the quality of transport services.Based on the above background,this article stands in the perspective of the shipper and takes the form of a combinatorial auction to purchase transportation services from numerous logistics service providers.In view of the characteristics of the transportation service and the current problems in the auction on procurement of transportation services in real life,the importance of punctuality in the current transportation market is described,and the advantages and necessity of adopting a combination auction mechanism for procurement of transportation services are analyzed.From the shipper's point of view,it mainly studies the problem of the determination of the winning bidder in the auction of the purchase of a service procurement combination that considers both the price cost and the punctuality.A bi-objective planning model is established to solve this problem and the corresponding algorithm is studied.Finally,the paper gives a specific example.The feasibility of the model and the effectiveness of the algorithm are proved by solving.The results show that the model for determining the winning bid in the consideration of punctuality in the transport service portfolio auction proposed in this paper can not only achieve the highest degree of punctuality for the company while reducing the cost of logistics transportation,but also achieve the maximum utility.In addition,there are 5 figures and 9 tables in the dissertation.The author also have referred to 72 reference documents. |
