Research On The Implementation Effect Of Quity Incentive Of Aucksun Company

In the 1990 s,China started to introduce the equity incentive system.In order to improve the strength of the enterprise,more and more listed companies began to try to launch the equity incentive scheme.However,due to the imperfect development of the market economy and the immature equity incentive mechanism,The implementation of equity incentive scheme is influenced by various factors and can not be predicted.Therefore,whether the company's equity incentive can really play an incentive effect has become a hot topic explored by academia.This article uses event research method and financial index method,study the domestic and foreign literatures,and based on the theory of human capital and so on,taking the equity incentive of Jiangsu Aucksun Co.,Ltd.as the case study object,The effect brought by the equity incentive under the combination of Aucksun stock option and restricted stock portfolio.First of all,a brief introduction of the company profile,equity incentive scheme and implementation process;Secondly,based on the motivation of Aucksun company's equity incentive,this paper discusses the effect of Aucksun company's equity incentive from three aspects: the market reaction of equity incentive,the influence of equity incentive on the operating performance of the company and the impact of equity incentive on the company's financial activities;Finally analyzed the problems existing in the equity incentive of Aucksun company and put forward some suggestions for improvement.The study found that the market response of Aucksun's equity Incentive scheme was sound and the implementation of the equity incentive had a positive impact on the financial activities such as investment,financing and earnings distribution of the company.But the implementation of the equity incentive has no obvious effect on the operating performance of the company.Obviously,Aucksun need to improve some aspects of equity incentive programs and strengthen supervision of the implementation of equity incentive supervision.
