Evaluation Of Landscape Resources Of Leisure Tea Manor Based On Tourists Perspective

Fujian Anxi Tea manor,as a typical representative of sightseeing agriculture,has become the main gathering place of leisure tourism in Fujian.At present,the development of the "tea-tourism" model of Fujian tea manor is in its infancy and can not meet the multi-level tourist needs of the experience economy.In the process of development and construction of leisure tea manor,there is no theoretical guidance for professional systems.Landscape resources can not be used to maximize the use of reasonable and effective,and even resources cause waste.Therefore,the evaluation of the leisure tea manor landscape resources has important theoretical and practical significance.This article takes the Fujian Anxi leisure tea manor as the research object,with reference to the relevant standards of landscape resource classification and the related literature of agricultural tourism park landscape resource evaluation,combined with the current status of tea manor landscape resources,from the perspective of tourists,using Delphi method and AHP method.The evaluation system for leisure tea manor landscape resources was constructed.Anxi County TianShoufudi tea manor,was selected as an empirical study.A comprehensive evaluation of landscape resources was conducted using a fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method,and the evaluation results were analyzed.Give suggestions for upgrading the tea manor.According to the research of this paper,the main research results and research conclusions are as follows:(1)The Delphi method and AHP method were used to construct an evaluation system of landscape resources of leisure tea manor in Anxi County based on tourists' perspectives.The two indicators of landscape resource quality,development and utilization conditions were taken as comprehensive evaluation layers.The project evaluation layer identified five indicators:natural landscape resource quality,humanistic landscape resource quality,service facility landscape resource quality,location conditions,and current conditions.The factor evaluation layer selects 25 indicators such as beauty level,originality,diversity,feature,environmental quality,and plant coverage.The weights of each indicator are obtained by weight calculation.Among them,the weight value of landscape resource quality in the comprehensive evaluation layer(0.8125)is much greater than the weight value of development and utilization conditions(0.1875),indicating that the quality of landscape resources is the greatest impact on the development and construction of leisure tea manor.(2)Select the Tianshoufudi leisure tea manor in Anxi county for an empirical study,adopt a fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to conduct a comprehensive evaluation of the tea manor landscape resources,and conclude that the comprehensive evaluation result of landscape resources is "very good",indicating that the tea manor overall construction good.Further analyze the evaluation results of each index obtained at each level and give corresponding suggestions for improvement.The results of the empirical research and the actual situation obtained from the survey and analysis are consistent,which verifies that the evaluation system of the Anxi leisure tea manor landscape resource constructed in this paper is scientific and reasonable,and can be used as the basis for evaluating the leisure tea manor landscape resources in Anxi region.(3)Finally,according to the results of the evaluation index weights of the Anxi leisure tea manor landscape resource evaluation system,combined with the evaluation results of the Tianshoufudi leisure tea manor landscape resources in the empirical study,the development of the Anxi leisure tea manor was proposed to focus on ecological protection,tap cultural resources,and improve the foundation The targeted countermeasures and suggestions for facilities and awareness increase provide scientific basis for scientific planning and construction of leisure tea manor.
