In recent years, the rapid development of SMEs has created a large amount of wealth for our country. However, the financing difficulties caused by small and medium-sized enterprises and low credit are still important factors that hinder their own development. In the fierce market competition, the overall development of the supply chain can greatly promote the development of financing companies. Therefore,it is of great significance to provide a scientific financing model and establish a reasonable evaluation index system to improve the credit of SMEs and solve the financing problem. This article takes the SMEs in the supply chain finance business as the research object.Firstly, based on the analysis of supply chain theory, supply chain finance theory,SME theory and supply chain finance credit risk theory, the study elaborates the participants of the supply chain finance business. It analyzes the prepayments financing model of the supply chain financing model, elaborates its operating model, and proposes possible sources of credit risk.Secondly,Based on this,a credit evaluation index system was initially established, questionnaires were designed to be distributed, after reliability and validity were analyzed, and the final pre-payment credit financing risk evaluation index system was determined.Again,a case study was conducted through the AHP and the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method. Finally, the evaluation results were obtained and suggestions were made. The research results of the credit risk evaluation of pre-paid financing for supply chain of SMEs in this paper show that the combination of the case analysis using fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method, the credit risk comes from two aspects:on the one hand, the trusted enterprise's own credit status, the weight is 42.4%.On the other hand,it comes from relevant members and elements of the supply chain, with a weight of 57.6%,of which the core enterprise's credit status weight is 26.75%,and the ratio of the third-party logistics company factors, industry factors, and supply chain factors each account for 10.27%,7.5%,13.06%.This effectively demonstrates that under the supply chain framework, the credit risk of prepayments in SMEs is effectively transferred due to the relevant members and elements of the supply chain.Commercial banks can thus reduce the prepayment rates for SMEs and effectively solve the financing difficulties for SMEs of the problem of expensive financing, but also obtain their own access to a large-scale SME financing customer base.
