Commercial banks,as the special enterprise organization of operating currency,are responsible for absorbing funds and reallocating resources.It is an important link of contemporary economic and social capital allocation.Banks' financial situation and risk control ability has an important impact on the role.Since the beginning of 2014,as China has entered the economy new normal,commercial banks have experienced a certain degree of decline in the operating performance and the asset quality.Consequently,the banks' operation opinions have changed.This paper analyzes the present situation and improvement suggestions of the bank credit risk management through comparative analysis,literature research and observation methods.Firstly,this paper analyzes the definition and the causes of credit risk,the connotation logic of credit risk management,several credit risk quantitative model like KMV,Credit Metrics,Credit portfolio view,and then combs the domestic and foreign theoretical research in this field.Secondly,this paper uses PEST model to analyze the current situation of the credit risk of BOC Qingdao branch.Thirdly,this article analyzes the operation situation and risk management processes of the bank.At last,this paper compares the credit risk management processes with Basel ?,and puts forward targeted suggestions about two dimensional rating system,credit portfolio,credit analysis and the risk control mechanism.Through the previous analysis process,this paper presents opinions about relevant improving advices,which enable to provide a reference and thinking about the commercial banks' credit risk management under the economy new normal environment.
