Under the trend of globalization and information development,China's enterprises engaged in electronic information and Internet technology are in the golden period of vigorous development under the guidance of the policy that the country explicitly demands the full play of the Internet in the third Plenary Session of the 18 th CPC Central Committee.In today's entertainment culture,which greatly enriches people's life,the People.cn that disseminated mainstream culture is facing a huge challenge of traffic competition.The People.cn with a large number of high-quality resources,in its industry,the ranking of business development in the back position,this situation has aroused my concern.Using the concept of earnings quality to describe the performance of the people's network,taking into account the characteristics of the business and development of the electronic information industry,the five aspects of cash realization,profit composition,R & D expenditure,growth and stability are selected from the financial information level,and the competition and development trend of the industry,corporate governance and audit alone are selected.In terms of these three aspects,we should evaluate earnings quality from the perspective of non-financial information.In this paper,the main component analysis method is used to deal with the financial information level,and the trend analysis method is used to analyze the financial information and non-financial information.Because the non financial information has not changed greatly during the period of investigation,the data is mainly studied from the level of financial information.After the evaluation and analysis of the earnings quality,this paper finds that there are three problems in the lack of cash realization,lack of growth capacity and the lack of R & D innovation ability.With regard to the problems found and the information disclosed in the annual report,the effective ways to improve the quality of the earnings are put forward: paying attention to the four aspects of the cash flow,improving the growth capacity,increasing the cost control of the enterprise and improving the R & D innovation ability.
