| The 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China's reports put forward that "China's economy has shifted from high speed growth stage to high quality development stage.And it is a critical stage to transform development mode,optimize economic structure and transform growth momentum".Logistics is a basic industry in the development of national economy.It is the key to the transformation and upgrading of economy,and the reform of supply side.It is also the industrial foundation of promoting trade circulation and national economic growth.Regional logistics plays an important role in optimizing the allocation of regional resources and improving regional competitiveness.In order to better adapt to the strategic adjustment of the spatial pattern of China's economic development,coordinate and optimize the distribution of regional logistics resources,and give full play to the role of regional logistics in the promotion of the national economy,it is necessary to construct and perfect the new economic development logistics system under the overall network planning.Therefore,this paper takes the regional logistics system as the research object,constructs the regional logistics system structure model,and optimizes the regional logistics system structure.This paper makes comprehensive use of the literature analysis method,the super network method,the mathematical model and the simulation method.The main research object is the regional logistics system.The main research contents include:(1)Based on the literature review,the new logistics system connotation is given,which includes logistics infrastructure and physical layout,logistics information and standardization,and logistics organization and operation.And it gives specific details in various aspects and improves the connotation theory of logistics system.(2)A detailed analysis of the relationship between the components of the logistics system is made.From the perspective of function,hierarchy,and input and benefit,this paper clarifies the interaction between the contents of the logistics system,and provides a basis for the model construction.(3)The model of logistics system structure is built,which includes logistics infrastructure and layout network,logistics information and standardization network,and logistics organization operation network,and a mathematical model is further provided.(4)According to the related theories of variational inequality and hyper-network solution,the model is solved from the aspect of economics and management.Finally,the model is simulated by software to optimize the logistics system,coordinate and coordinate the main bodies of the logistics system,and configure the logistics resources to achieve the overall system optimal.The model of the regional logistics system constructed in this paper is general,and can be adjusted according to the concept of the region.It can also be a logistics system in an enterprise cluster,or a logistics system in an economic region,or even a logistics system in a single enterprise.The model has a strong application scope and a certain degree of flexibility. |
