With the increasing activity of market economy,The many elements of enterprise's survival and development include not only tangible elements such as plant,equipment and materials,but also intangible elements such as technology and brand.The proportion of intangible assets in the overall value of the enterprise is gradually increasing.It is not only the supporting resource for the operation and development of the enterprise,but also an important symbol of the comprehensive strength of the enterprise.New energy and new materials than in the past use of traditional materials both in performance and in the environmental friendly degree has the incomparable advantage,at the same time,the new energy industry also must have more intangible asset to be in the same industry showed a stronger competitiveness.High quality enterprise intangible assets value if it is not possible to select accurate assessment of the ways to get scientific and reasonable and accurate assessment of the results will lead to enterprise overall value is low,not only affect the efficiency of the stock market will lead to market.To sum up,what method is used in the evaluation to determine the composition of intangible assets,what ideas in accurately measuring the value of intangible assets has become the Olympic needs to solve the problem of academia and practice.In this paper,the new energy materials with more intangible assets battery industry's leading enterprises built into the company as the research object,studies the enterprise intangible assets value assessment and evaluation methods,discusses the evaluation model of comparative advantage and the specific application,on how to evaluate the value of intangible assets part of the problem to do some related to explore and the specialization of high-tech enterprises,the upstream industry as the new energy automotive industry,enterprises have clear technical route and completely independent intellectual property rights,built into research and development work by a group of academic achievement of distinguished experts and professors,doctors and masters of r&d staff accounted for 55%,core r&d team of about 200 people,professional distribution involved in material,chemical,machinery,electronics,communications and other lithium ion batteries and battery system in all directions.In terms of customer customer relations will gradually become the center of gravity of intangible assets evaluation.Through the analysis of the evaluation results,it can provide long-term and effective help for the operator to develop the business development strategy and improve the comprehensive strength of the enterprise.
