Since the beginning of the P2 P lending platform in China in 2007,the P2 P industry has gone through 11 years from the initial difficult start to the brutal development and then to the current strong supervision.On the one hand,peer-to-peer lending has solved the problem of small and medium-sized enterprises and individual financing difficulties and has become a supplement to China's loan financing.On the other hand,many investors have also enjoyed the benefits brought by finance.However,large-scale development of the industry is also faced with many chaos,such as information asymmetry between lenders and borrowers,P2 P lending platform involving selffinancing.The advent of the Web2.0 era,so that everyone has the right to speak and initiative,but also to public opinion with the help of the Internet in the form of higher efficiency,faster communication speed,the network reflects a considerable part of the public opinion on social phenomena And the feelings,attitudes and opinions expressed in the question are aggregated and formed rapidly and have considerable social influence.In the process,some public opinion can play a positive role in monitoring the online loan platform and protecting investors,and some Public opinion has played a role in fueling the negative impact of investor rights.Based on this feature of public opinion,this paper starts from the perspective of public opinion on P2 P lending platform investor behavior.First,based on the extensive literature review on public opinion,P2 P lending platform,investor behavior,financial public opinion and so on at home and abroad,the literature on internet public opinion is made up of website,news media,Weibo,forum,client,We Chat And other channels generated,so we should focus on monitoring these sources of information.Secondly,it elaborates the related concept and background of network public opinion and P2 P lending platform,expounds the herd behavior theory,butterfly effect theory,silent spiral theory,life cycle theory,information asymmetry theory,behavioral finance theory and platform and The moral hazard that borrowers may have.Thirdly,based on the correlation and regression analysis of the public opinions of P2 P lending platform,more than 40,000 pieces of news were selected to calculate the word frequency statistics,and the actual public opinion in 2017 was compared and described.Then,we choose Pearson correlation analysis based on the trades of industry,the trade deadline and the rate of return of the industry,which can represent the behavior of investors,and choose the trades of industry and industry as the quantification index of investors of P2 P lending platform.Fourthly,on the basis of assumptions,the author conducts multiple regression and residual test on the collected data of P2 P lending platform and peer loan data,and concludes that public opinion will affect the turnover of the industry and the investment term of the industry.Finally,some suggestions on accelerating the introduction of local regulatory policies,strengthening education for investors and mutual cooperation between the government and the news media are put forward.This paper studies the significance of public opinion on P2 P lending platform investor behavior has the following two points:(1)Studying the impact of the current public opinion on the behavior of P2 P lending platform investors with a brand new perspective and latest data,this part of the domestic literature is less,this paper aims to improve this part of the theory through research,with theoretical significance.(2)According to P2 P lending platform public opinion to explain the behavior of investors.By comparing the numerical data of public opinions collected by Sina micropublic opinion monitoring system with the net loan data obtained in the net loan home database,it is of practical significance to conclude that investors will be affected by public opinion.
