As a means of resource allocation,mergers and acquisitions play an important role in the development of enterprises.Fosun Pharmaceutical and Hengrui medicine are leaders in the domestic pharmaceutical industry.The rapid expansion of ten years promotes enterprise scale of Fosun pharma continuous acquisition,but Hengrui medicine always adhere to intensive growth way.Although the two companies belong to the leader in the industry,but from the market point of view,Hengrui medicine leading the way.In addition to the expansion of the scale of the enterprise,whether the continuous merger and acquisition is really a value for the Fosun pharma has promoted the promotion of the performance of Fosun pharma?Whether M&A will bring positive impact to enterprises,how to measure and evaluate the performance of M&A can reflect the result of performance more realistically and become a concern for enterprises.The result of M&A is influenced by the performance evaluation method,but so far,there has been no consistent conclusion about the selection of M&a performance indicators and methods.Usually,starting from the performance of corporate financial statements,we simply analyze the performance of M&A and make a judgement.The result is not comprehensive,real and convincing.Through the comparison and analysis of two aspects of integration link and performance after merger and acquisition,the following conclusions are drawn:(1)M&A is a process.It is one-sided and unconvincing to evaluate the performance of M&A from performance.Different evaluation methods will have different performance conclusions.(2)Fosun medicine's short-term performance is better,its long-term performance is not good enough.(3)The integration of the various links of Fosunpharma affects the results of the overall performance.In addition to the marketing links,the integration of other links is not good enough,we need to strengthen the integration of mergers and acquisitions,and constantly improve the corresponding way of integration.From multiple perspectives,merger and acquisition performance evaluation starts from two aspects of integration process and performance results,combined with the comprehensive evaluation of process and result,which makes up for the shortage of single view of evaluation and makes the result of M&A more comprehensive and objective.
