The Internet brings people into the new world.Because of the continuous innovation of technology,a wide variety of Internet products come out,and the competition of Internet enterprises is fierce.The company A launched by the electricity supplier has developed into a diversified Internet leading enterprise dominated by the Internet ecosystem.Therefore,it has a good reference for the analysis of A's merger and acquisition cases.Based on the case of merger and acquisition of G company by A company,this paper adopts qualitative and quantitative analysis method,focuses on A company's MA performance,finds out the problems existing in the process of merger and acquisition,and analyzes the reasons.Finally,it puts forward constructive suggestions for A company and other Internet companies in the future.This article is divided into six chapters,the first chapter is introduction,the second chapter introduces Internet theory,network video website and Internet enterprise.The third chapter is a case description,introducing the background of the two enterprises and the process of merger and acquisition.The fourth chapter is a case analysis,mainly based on the A company's perspective of M & A motivation analysis,M & A performance analysis and M & A performance evaluation.Financial performance analysis includes short-term financial performance in the event study method to analyze the wealth effect of shareholders and to reflect the financial index analysis method to analyze the long-term financial performance to reflect the business performance,non financial performance analysis based on the perspective of the M & A market share,active to reflect the effects of mergers and acquisitions by the number and user stickiness,turnover and currency the rate of these indicators.The results show that A company's short-term financial performance value creation is not significant,but its development is strong,and its non-financial performance improves significantly.However,there are some problems in the integration efficiency of M & A and the profit loss of video industry.The fifth chapter,case inspiration,puts forward constructive suggestions for A company to provide remedial measures for the above research results,and also provides reference for other Internet companies in the similar merger and acquisition events in the later stage.The sixth chapter,the conclusion.
