With the vigorous development of the auditing industry in our country,the market competition faced by the small and medium-sized auditing companies has become fiercer,and it is imperative to improve the market competitiveness of auditing companies.JNS audit company performance management system as the main system of the company's work efficiency and service quality improvement,the key to maintaining old customers and attracting new customers,its importance is self-evident.However,in the process of improving market competitiveness of JNS audit company,due to the limitation of the company's performance management level,the performance management result of JNS audit company is not ideal,and the performance management objective setting is unreasonable,the application of performance results,performance feedback Insufficiency and other issues have caused serious restrictions on the improvement of the JNS audit company's market competitiveness.Therefore,it is necessary to pay more attention to the performance management of JNS auditing companies so as to provide necessary management support for the development of the entire company.This article takes JNS audit company as the research object,analyzes the status and organization structure of JNS audit company.Based on this,set up a questionnaire and study relevant data of company performance evaluation.Obtain the current performance appraisal of JNS auditing company.Use AHP model to quantitatively analyze the survey results.According to the results,obtain an IPA chart of satisfaction and find the current performance appraisal.There are issues such as unreasonable performance management settings and lack of communication mechanisms.Based on this,this paper combines the actual situation of JNS auditing company and its strategic goals,proposes a key performance indicator method based on Balanced Scorecard(BSC),and sets indicators from four perspectives: finance,customer,business process,learning and growth.System,and optimized the performance management of JNS audit company from the aspects of performance management objectives,performance management feedback,application of performance management results,etc.,and put forward specific security measures,which will help improve the performance management of JNS audit company.,to enhance the company's market competitiveness.
