In today's global economy rapid development,deepening the reform of financial markets,the pattern of social market economy,great changes have taken place in the original market equilibrium was broken by increased competition in the market.In such an economic structure,the banking industry,as an intellectual-intensive industry,has suffered the most obvious impact,and the competition among peers is more intense than that of other industries.In the banking industry competition,the high quality customer resources and good customer loyalty is a reflection of a bank's comprehensive competitiveness,as a result,Banks in the process of customer management,need to constantly meet the various needs of customers,which requires the customer manager in the process of work,not only need to provide the customers with different combinations of financial products,and to continuously refine the service standards,provide differentiated services for different customer groups.In the process of human resource management,performance appraisal indexes not only can the appraisal of employee's work effectively,but also through performance appraisal,can effectively arouse the staff's working interest,improve work efficiency,better to create benefits for the company.Of human resource management in the bank,by setting standards and reasonable performance appraisal system,the manager's job performance to the customer for performance evaluation,objective evaluation of their ability to work,to promote the bank's core earnings level and core competitiveness has important practical significance.In the research process of this paper,we use the performance appraisal theory of banking system business manager as the theoretical basis of this study.By analyzing the performance appraisal system of the customer manager in a province,this paper studies the role of account manager in the development of commercial Banks.By analyzing the survey data we have collected,and find out the problems existing in the performance appraisal system of customer manager and deficiency,and then by using the tools of balanced scorecard to build a new performance appraisal system,in order to perfect the shortage of the old system.Finally put forward concrete improvement implementation plan,improve the province construction bank account manager performance evaluation system,pushing in the process of bank's development to the greatest degree to motivate the customer manager's job.
