People regard food as their prime want and the food safety should comes first.The food safety,which is constantly paid close attention to,always concerns everyone 's health and life and the overall situation of economic development and social stability.Network takeaway because of its convenience,the public demand is getting higher and higher,the network takeaway food safety issues,has become an important part of food safety.However,in recent years,food safety problems of all kinds emerge in endlessly,impair severely the health and life of the public and cause the extensive attention of the whole society.The administration of food safety supervision and management should be heavily obligatory.Then,what responsibilities should the administration have?What problems exist?And why do they exist?To solve all these problems is the core of food safety problems.Based on this,this thesis,taking the administration as the subject,applying the normal research methods of exemplification and reviewing the documents at home and abroad,deeply explores and analyzes the existing problems,and provides some countermeasures and suggestions for the administration.
