Impact Of Grain Direct Subsidy On Peasant' Income

The state always taken agricultural development as the basis for the development of the national economy.In the nineteen major reports,the development of agriculture,rural areas and farmers is the top priority in the construction of a socialist country with Chinese characteristics,and the development of “three rural” must be the most important part of our Party's work.In the “three rural issues”,increasing farmers' income is the main line of development.China is one of the largest population in the world.The total area of cultivated land in China accounts for 7% of the world's arable land,but it has a total population of 20%,to solve the grain problem and to ensure that the grain development is the cornerstone of our country's smooth economic construction and the guarantee of the national basic security.This paper mainly studies the relationship between the implementation of the direct grain subsidy policy in Daqing and the farmers' planting benefits.Heilongjiang is one of the important grain producing areas in China,and Daqing is the main grain producing city in Heilongjiang province.The grain output of Daqing is 1/10 of the total grain output of Heilongjiang province every year.The effect of the implementation of the policy of benefiting agriculture in Daqing and the influence of the income of Daqing farmers will be popularized to carry out the policy of benefiting farmers and the peasants to carry out the policy in the future.The income of high planting is of great significance.Starting with the direct grain subsidy policy,this paper briefly introduces the concept,theoretical basis,realistic basis and development and change of the grain direct subsidy policy.At the same time,it defines the relevant concepts of farmers' disposable income and farmers' planting income,and then through the current situation of farmers' planting income in Daqing.Based on the analysis of the implementation of direct grain subsidy policy in Daqing,the impact of direct grain subsidy policy and farmers' income in Daqing were analyzed.Through the sampling survey,data statistics,variable analysis and other methods,the paper summarized and analyzed the effect of grain direct subsidy on Farmers' planting income through four factors,including farmers' planting cost,planting variety,planting scale and planting enthusiasm in Daqing.Based on the detailed data comparison and analysis of these four aspects,the paper finally puts forward suggestions to increase farmers' income in Daqing.Suggestions are made from two main aspects,one is policy optimization,and the other two is peasant householdoptimization.In the four aspects of farmers' optimization proposals,the internal factors that determine the income of farmers are the suggestions of optimizing the planting cost,optimizing the planting varieties,planting scale and planting enthusiasm.
