A Study Of Regional Differences In The Impact Of Innovation Agglomeration On Income Inequality

Technological innovation is the driving force for the sustained growth of a country' s economy.Only by grasping the core technology ean a country occupy a leading position in international trade.In the era of innovation in science and technology,the income gap of our country is getting bigger and bigger,and the inequality of income becomes a social problem to be solved urgently.By combing the theory of technological innovation and income inequality,a theoretical model of the expansion of the income gap is established.It is found that innovation mainly affects the income gap from two aspects.First,technical innovation will improve the manpower cost of the workers with low substitution and the influence of the alternative workers is unknown.In this way,the income gap between the two will be widen,and the two is that in the process of interregional trade,the income gap between regions will increase when the rate of inter regional technological innovation is greater than the transfer rate.The distribution of China' s innovative resources shows the characteristics of discontinuity and polarization,and the uneven distribution of labor productivity caused by scientific research and innovation has worsened the inequality of regional income.Through geographic information system drawing,it is obvious that the national innovation agglomeration state is distributed from the three layers of East and West in the coastal area to the East and the west,and the gap of the national income level tends to the East and the West in three levels.This distribution can be in good agreement with the space gathering situation of the level of scientific and technological innovation.Through spatial econometric analysis and spatial effect analysis,it is found that the degree of regional innovation agglomeration has a significant role in promoting the increase of income gap in one place.The result of spatial effect analysis shows that the higher the degree of innovation agglomeration,it not only improves the income inequality within the region,but also improves the income of the surrounding cities.In the end,according to the empirical results and the present situation of innovation agglomeration,we put forward the multi-layer incentive mechanism of scientific and technological innovation to alleviate the inequality between regions and support the innovation of scientific research in the central and western regions.The government can achieve the balance of income redistribution through the promotion of the level of innovation and the balance of the redistribution of income;and the policy of regional coordinated development is formulated.We should actively promote the process of urbanization,promote the international innovation market transactions,make up for the lack of innovation through the technical market,increase the investment in vocational education,and improve the comprehensive quality of human resources and other corresponding policy proposals.
