Financial Risk Analysis And Control Research On The Merger And Acquisition Of Dairy Enterprises

With the social and economic development,dairy products gradually become the national essential nutrition food,however,the domestic dairy market competition,market share and profit space more and more small,the quality of dairy products and dairy enterprise image are also severely affected by a series of events on the national dairy,dairy products have lost confidence,the domestic dairy industry once the depression.In order to break the dairy industry slump,the State Ministry issued a series of policies to support China's small and medium-sized dairy enterprises to carry out mergers and acquisitions,increase market share and the profit space on the one hand,to enhance the competitiveness of the dairy companies,on the other hand to restore the image of the enterprise and the national dairy products for confidence.Dairy enterprise merger is a difficulty and risk investment activities,in the mergers and acquisitions,financial activities have always played an important role in financial activities is a key factor to the success of mergers and acquisitions,thus reducing the risk of financial activities is a power key of mergers and acquisitions.China's dairy enterprises mergers and acquisitions pace slower,in the financial risk prevention and control system is not mature and perfect,therefore,the research and analysis of domestic dairy enterprises merger financial risk and its control measures can not only promote the dairy enterprises merger success,but also can provide some reference for the domestic dairy enterprises mergers and acquisitions.In order to avoid the failure of M&A activities caused by financial risks,we summarize the research literatures about financial risks from different perspectives.Based on the existing research,we analyze the types and causes of financial risks.The use of case analysis,quantitative research method and literature research method to analyze the dairy industry mergers and acquisitions in the financial risk,such as mergers and acquisitions,strategic risk valuation activities before the payment,financing risk activities,payment integration risk,and according to the different causes of the financial risk of mergers and acquisitions,to effectively to put forward the control measures to avoid financial risk reasonably.The Y International Holdings Limited Chinese acquisition of D as an example,introduces the background and current situation,the motivation of mergers and acquisitions between enterprises mergers and acquisitions,mergers and acquisitions are in the process of financial risk,and puts forward the corresponding risk control measures.
