Research On The Relationship Between China's Fiscal Expenditure And Structural Transformation

As we all know,fiscal expenditure is one of the effective tools for implementing fiscal policy in China.The important task of our fiscal function is to transform the structure of fiscal expenditure so that China's economy can be stably developed,so as to build a harmonious and beautiful social life.A reasonable and effective fiscal expenditure structure is a manifestation of a country's well-executed economic policies,efficient allocation of resources,and rational distribution of income.The formation of social economic structure,changes in industrial structure,and the functions performed by the state have all been reasonably changed through the establishment and adjustment of the structure of fiscal expenditure,and thus have very important and far-reaching effects.Since the reform and opening up to the present,China's industrial structure has been constantly changing,and the share of the labor force in the agricultural sector has been steadily declining from the beginning of reform and opening up.This has given us a warning that the labor supply in the agricultural sector has gradually shifted to the non-labour sector.What is there? Many experts and scholars have elaborated on this issue from different angles.However,there are few research works devoted to studying financial expenditure and structural transformation.Therefore,this article focuses on macroscopic public finance thickening theory research.This article mainly from the perspective of welfare expenditure,to explore whether the welfare financial expenditure has a role in promoting the transformation of China's industrial structure.The contents of welfare financial expenditure mainly include fiscal education expenditures,financial health expenditures,and fiscal social security and employment expenditures.The summary of these fiscal expenditures as welfare fiscal expenditures verifies whether it has a positive role in promoting structural transformation.Give concrete policy recommendations on empirical results.First,improve the national financial education expenditure,education is an important source of human capital accumulation and the development of science and technology.The increase in social and cultural expenditures will promote and optimize the education and investment of our government,and accelerate the development of the national economy.Education is the core force that changes a society,a nation,and even a country.It is not an exaggeration to place education in the center of gravity.Education will change the future and make the future promising and brilliance.It is also through the increase in the number of people educated that people are more wise and their ability to innovate will become stronger,which will lead to the transformation of the industrial structure.Therefore,the expenditure on fiscal education will be increased.The country's industrial structure is more stable and people's lives are happier.Second,the increase in social security and employment expenditure is beneficial to the healthy development of the economy.It is reflected in the fact that the government should increase the expenditure on employment and endowment insurance related to the people's actual interests.Every year,a large number of graduates will flood into the sea of employment.Every year,employees of the company also feel pressure to protect their lives and serve the people as their duty.On the basis of ensuring the stable development of society,the government should increase social security and employment expenditures.Third,increase financial and health expenditures and solve people's problems such as difficulty in seeing a doctor.As people's quality of life has risen significantly,the prevalence rate has also increased dramatically.A serious illness may well cost some people some savings for the rest of their lives,and even worse will lead to the breakdown of families.Therefore,our country should increase its investment in financial and medical services,solve basic medical problems,and indirectly influence the transformation of industrial structure to a better direction.
