At the present time, the world is experiencing important and profound changes, the most striking of which are the determination of African countries and the development of China. As a growing force, economically and politically on the international scene,China and the countries of Africa, notably West Africa, are constantly strengthening and expanding their relations with reciprocal advantages. This implies significant effects for the evolution of the international order. These time-tested relations and international upheavals over the last fifty years have entered into a stable orbit of continuous development and constitute economic cooperation at different levels.China-West Africa partnership relations are a new type of model in international relations that must be strengthened, developed, cementedand ordered. These relations are based on the possibilities of developing cooperation at the highest level in economics, trade, science, technology and infrastructure.West Africa is a region composed of 15 countries rich in raw materials and natural resources(petroleum, gas, gold, diamonds, zircon, uranium, limestone, phosphate, nickel, cocoa, cotton, coffee etc.).In reality,China displays an economic pragmatism and a certain cynicism, ready to recover in poor or developing countries or under the yoke of totalitarian governments, neglected markets or natural resources and western countries. For Western Africa,China is an ideal economic and commercial partner, which imposes no particular political conditions on its suppliers and even provides them with diplomatic support.West Africa is no longer the preserve of the West. Most countries in West Africa export to China their raw materials with more or less high added value(e.g.Nigerian oil,Ghanaian,Beninese wood,etc.).Progressively,the terms of the Chinese partnership take on more permanent and more encompassing forms: prospecting, exploitation and first processing on the spot of mining products,as well as transport logistics can be taken over entirely by Chinese companies.Indeed, the Chinese economy has multiplied its gross domestic product by ten in recent decades. After passing Canada,France,Great Britain and Germany, she is expected to join the United States in the short term. Its influence on the recomposition of the international dynamics in which it intends to play a central role is remarkable. If the African continent holds a special place in this ambition,it constitutes a fundamental stake.China has become a leading trading partner,a strategic investor,a development and financial partner for most of West Africa's major current projects, and China is shaking up the balance of power that has developed since independence in the region. This is quite noticeable since the traditional partners, namely,Europe and the United States in the lead are questioning their relations with the region. The first chapter is a general introduction that focuses on our literary review and methodology. The proceedingchapters, focuses on the bases of the Sino-West African relations as well as the potentials and factors affecting this cooperation, the problems and prospects. Finally the impact of this cooperation on the world economy will be discussed. The chapter number 1 concerns the general introduction. In this chapter I write my method, the problematic and the literature review. The second chapter concerns bases and evolution of the Sino-Africa economic relations. In this chapter I talk about The Sino-African companionship dates back a long time and continues to deepen over the years.Sino-Africa friendship has its roots in the depth of the ages.China and Africa give mutual political support.Faithful to the commitments made to Bandung, china provided unfailing support for the decolonization of Africa which in turn contributed to the recognition of mainland china. The growing presence of china in Africa does not go unnoticed: cheap manufactured goods to public works contracts picked up by Chinese companies and also the growing number of Chinese in Africa. The third chapter talks about potential and factors affecting economic cooperation in china and West Africa. To support the near exponential growth of its economy which is bulimic in raw materials, china needs Africa.West Africa also needs china for its development. As a result,Africa has become a strategic continent for china. For that I listed the status of China-West Africa cooperation,Infrastructure and Highway Projects and Reality of China's Economic Presence in West Africa. In the fourth chapter I talk aboutprospects and issues in economic cooperation in china-West Africa.West Africa must rely on cooperation with china to restart its development process.I also listed Chinese investments in this sub-region and West Africa must give itself the conceptual and programmatic means.I recounted the perspectives resulting from this cooperation on both sides. Finally the last chapter talks about china-west Africa partnership: another idea of the global economy.Undoubtedly, the dimension taken by the economic relations between china and West Africa doubled above all by its strategic scope, constitutes one of the signs of rupture, often advanced by the prospectivists,to even jostle some references and projecting us to what looks like a new world order.I also talk about the Reconfiguration of the world economy and development of the international situation.
