Countermeasure Research On The Promotion Of Ruijin Red Tourism Based On The Theory Of Value Chain

At present,China's tourism has developed into a popular tourism in the advanced stage.With the rapid expansion of the scale of the tourism industry as well as the increasing number of tourism enterprises,tourism has becoming one of the fastest economic development in the industry.As a special tourism product,red tourism has very important significance in politics,economy,culture and poverty alleviation.In 2016,General Office of the Central Committee and General Office of the State Council issued and implemented "2016-2020 National Red Tourism Development Planning outline" and "National red Tourism Development Planning outline",red tourism has been greatly promoted and developed in the support and guidance of the government.The development of red tourism can not only bring a lot of tourists,funds,information,technology and other benefits,but also revitalize the economic development of the old revolutionary base areas to help them out of poverty to get rich.The city of Ruijin,as a typical revolutionary old area,has obvious significance to develop vigorously red tourism.Based on the summary and summarization of the red tourism resources of Ruijin,combined with the present situation of the tourism development of Ruijin,and in the background of the continuous enrichment and perfection of the red tourism content system in the new period,this paper integrates and broadens the red tourism resources of Ruijin to make the red tourism become an important base power point of regional economy to promote other tourism resources to form the value chain of common development.Under the guidance of the value chain theory,this paper,from the five aspects of the characteristic small towns,the revolutionary memorial museum,former residences of celebrities,rural leisure tourism and cultural engineering,researches how to play the local red tourist attractions and core competitiveness to further promote the transformation and of the tourism industry in the city of Ruijin.This not only has practical guiding significance to the healthy and coordinated development of red tourism of Jiangxi Province,but also has important theoretical and practicalsignificance for the development of red tourism in underdeveloped regions.
