Small and micro enterprises are not only the "new force" of innovation,but also the important support of large enterprises.A large number of small and micro businesses created by mass entrepreneurship and innovation have converged into great momentum,forming a new engine of the economy and contributing greatly to the development of the region.Small micro enterprise is not only the backbone of high-tech industrial development zone to absorb employment,but also encourage innovation,an important part of promoting investment,promote consumption,let small micro enterprise really survive and develop,can better stimulate the market vitality and social creativity,so the development of small micro enterprises,to promote high-tech industry development zone in region economy play an important role.The development of small and micro enterprises is inseparable from talents,especially core talents and scientific and technological talents.Core talents hold the core technologies of enterprises and represent the core competitiveness of small and micro enterprises.Core talented person's contribution to the work,directly reflect on the benefit of the enterprise,thus it can be seen,the core personnel in the development of small micro enterprises occupy very important position,for small micro enterprise can better healthy development,this article obtains from small micro enterprise core talents,explore the core talent incentive effect on the small micro enterprise growth factors,find out the small micro enterprise core talented person motivation to improve the influence of the factors.Based on the incentive theory and under the guidance of enterprise life cycle theory,according to research experts and scholars mature using structural equation model data and the fitting of the model,through to the core talent incentive measure and the measure index of the small micro enterprise growth for extract and selection,the core talent incentive measure index(salary motivation,work motivation,employee growth and environmental incentives)the growth of micro and small enterprises measure index(average growth rate of sales growth rate,the average employee,the average growth rate of net assets,net profit growth of enterprises,enterprise orders growth rate);According to the questionnaire data of small and micro enterprises in Lanzhou high-tech industry development zone,the questionnaire data and model were fitted,and the model with better fitting degree was obtained.The empirical results show that,in the core talent motivation,work motivation,employee growth incentive,humanistic environment incentive and bonus incentive have significant positive correlation to the growth of small and micro enterprises.Therefore,it is suggested that the core talents of small and micro enterprises should be encouraged by incentive incentive,work incentive,employee growth incentive and humanistic environment,so as to promote the growth of enterprises.
