Research On Internet Underground Economy Industry Chain

With the vigorous development of the Internet industry,employees and their influence on the society are increasing day by day and have become the same necessities of life as "hydropower coal".The innovation and exploration of the Internet industry has changed the clothing,food,housing,and transportation as well as many new annoyances.WeChat and webcast have changed people's communication methods and entertainment methods.However,fraudulent acts using pornographic content in the grey industry have spawned a gray industry with hundreds of millions of industries.The regionalization and professionalization of telecommunication fraud have caused public suffering.However,the speed of development of laws and regulations has not kept pace with the speed of development of the Internet.This paper is to study what is the background of the gray industry in the Internet,current industry trends,forecasting development paths,and to explore the available constraints.The significance of the project research is to start with the characteristics,impacts,and interconnections of the cases of the Internet gray industry,to demonstrate the status of the Internet gray industry,including its size,classification,and major means of crime,to discover the problems behind the vigorous development of the Internet gray industry and Difficulties in supervision.The research of the subject mainly starts from four aspects:first,exploring the scale of the industry by means of typical cases;second,explaining the technical means and the composition of the industrial chain in a typical gray industrial chain from the technical point of view;and thirdly,researching the adoption of big data and machines based on sample data.Learning and other possibilities to achieve control.The fourth is to discuss how to combine technological means,legal means and economic measures to jointly govern the Internet gray industry.The research of the subject mainly uses four kinds of research methods:case study method,model method,statistical analysis method and literature research method.Including observation methods and other auxiliary research methods.The research's contribution is to clearly define the definition and scope of the Internet gray industry,portray the main industry chain forms in the Chinese Internet gray industry,and combine data to describe the status quo and development trends of major industry chains,and to empirically analyze and study specific industrial chains.The method of management and control finally put forward a comprehensive management and control proposal for the gray industry.
